The onboarding was made particularly easy, and the selection of a small team of carers made the process both easy for ourselves and, more importantly, for mum. The team in Kenilworth are thorough, proactive and communication between the parties has been excellent. Thank you for helping mum get the most enjoyment from continuing to live independently (with a little help!) at home.

All four carers that have helped me with my husband, who has advanced Dementia, could not be kinder. One plays cards with him so patiently, one cleans windows beautifully, and two notice things that may not be on the list I leave and just do them. I would not be happy or able to continue with my hobby if I did not feel comfortable leaving my husband with all these lovely carers.

The carers have been great with her (Mum), gently encouraging her to mobilise, listening to her wishes and keeping her safe whilst she is out (Mum would otherwise get lost)... they were lovely once again at gently encouraging Mum within her flat, despite the fact that this support was not always welcomed by Mum initially! As a family we have always felt supported by the admin team at USC.

Our carer was outstanding. She performed all of her tasks with enthusiasm, care and attention to detail. She also knew, without prompting, when to be with us and when to give us some privacy. This was our first experience of live-in care, and it couldn't have been better.

My mum had become more and more reliant on me or friends to ensure she was safe, fed and her needs met. They came along after the local council's crisis team... my mum's mood was lifted when any of their team had visited. I will be forever grateful for the improvement they brought to my mum and the pressure they took off me.

Having been discharged from hospital my father was in need of additional care support... Unique Senior Care came to our rescue. I cannot thank the team enough for the outstanding care and support... The transition from hospital to home was a worrying time... but the carers quickly put our minds at ease with their kindness, professionalism and genuine compassion.
